Best full Delain album since April Rain. The last couple albums had great songs, but so many felt so far from what I and others felt was the "Delain" sound we came to love from their first two albums. Expectations were high for this album and I think it totally surpassed them with a single exception/5().

So call it a play for the mainstream, or, perhaps less callously, a true multi-genre crossover: by whatever terminology, We Are the Others feels like the album that will finally draw a significantly expanded audience to Delain's door. Pomp and awe, indeed.7/

We Are The Others is an amazing, technical, and gripping album. This album probably has one of Delain's strongest openings with Mother Machine, a great song with brilliant riffs and a slowed down chorus which really makes it. the title track is Delain's most poppy tune to date/5().
  8. Malasida says:
Trivia: The title track carries an anti-bullying message inspired by the murder of Sophie Lancaster. Music videos: We Are the Others-Get the Devil Out of MeRecording information: Co-produced by Delain.
